We're seeking an Evening Manager who's eager to make an impact. In this leadership role, you'll oversee store operations during evening hours, support department teams, and ensure a smooth, customerfocused shopping experience in a fastpaced, everchanging environment.

As the Night Relief Manager, you ensure a smooth handoff between evening operations and the overnight team, supporting store readiness and closing procedures. 
 

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee store operations during evening hours
• Serve as the manageronduty in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director
• Support, guide, and coach department managers and associates
• Ensure excellent customer service-friendly, responsive, and solutionfocused
• Maintain store merchandising, organization, and safety standards
• Manage labor, shrink, and inventory expectations
• Resolve customer issues, staffing needs, and operational challenges quickly and professionally
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and foodsafety procedures 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are met
• Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required for training or business needs
• Other requirements:  
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
