Join our dynamic healthcare team at Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center in St. Petersburg, Florida!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents and patients.

About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse on our evening shift, you will be responsible for providing hands-on patient care, assessing and reporting patient conditions, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with our skilled nursing team to ensure our residents and patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

  • Registered Nurse responsibilities will include:

    • Assessing and evaluating patient conditions, including vital signs and medical histories

    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

    • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

    • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

    • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida
