• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, establishing realistic goals and outlining necessary interventions.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families navigating myriad life challenges.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques, including risk assessment and safety planning, to ensure client stability during critical moments.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to elevate awareness regarding agency services and foster engagement among potential clients.
• Attend case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, actively collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of best practices in the field.

The LCSW will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face significant socioeconomic challenges. Our clients may include individuals struggling with mental health disorders, families experiencing traumas related to domestic issues, youth affected by substance abuse, and community members seeking assistance in times of crisis. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients can access the necessary resources and support to improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Competence in trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence.

• Prior experience working in a social service agency or similar community-based setting is highly preferred.
