Our holistic approach integrates advocacy, case management, and mental health resources, emphasizing evidence-based practices to address the root causes of social issues.

This role is primarily remote, allowing our LCSWs the flexibility to manage their schedule while maintaining regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend engagements may be required based on client needs and program demands. Working with a supportive and dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of delivering vital services that directly impact the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, establishing realistic goals and outlining necessary interventions.
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families navigating myriad life challenges.
  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques, including risk assessment and safety planning, to ensure client stability during critical moments.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to elevate awareness regarding agency services and foster engagement among potential clients.
  • Attend case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, actively collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face significant socioeconomic challenges. Our clients may include individuals struggling with mental health disorders, families experiencing traumas related to domestic issues, youth affected by substance abuse, and community members seeking assistance in times of crisis. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients can access the necessary resources and support to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues affecting vulnerable communities.
  • Competence in trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively in dynamic, client-centered situations.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working in a social service agency or similar community-based setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with local community resources and networks to facilitate effective client referrals and advocacy.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a competitive sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, inclusive of medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Generous paid time off policy, offering vacation days, personal days, and holidays.
  • Continuing education opportunities designed to help you grow your skills and advance your career.
  • Insurance benefits that extend beyond basic medical coverage.
