• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrable experience in mental health counseling or specialized training relevant to this role.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing effective rapport-building and motivation for clients to engage in their healing process.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively across disciplines.

• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques is preferred, given the remote nature of the role.
