This position is entirely remote, providing counselors the flexibility to work from home while fully engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. The standard workweek is Monday to Friday, allowing our professionals ample time for personal matters while dedicating their expertise to helping others.

• Manage a caseload of clients with diverse mental health needs, establishing a trusting rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundary standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the mental health status of new clients, identifying their needs and potential challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting as necessary to ensure effective interventions.
• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions, focusing on progress reviews, providing stability, and planning for discharge when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment modifications, and client interactions as per regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic support for clients, including referrals to specialized services as needed.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and integrating innovative practices into counseling methodologies.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing substance abuse challenges, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and various eating disorders. As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients across different backgrounds, providing tailored interventions that facilitate personal growth and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, effective communication, and active listening tailored to client needs.

• Experience or familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Previous experience working with clients facing substance abuse issues or dual diagnoses is a plus.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We employ a fee-for-service model that guarantees prompt remuneration without delays for client reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
