This position offers career growth opportunities and may develop into an Operations Manager role as the company continues to expand.
Schedule & Work Environment

  • Core Hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Evening and occasional weekend availability may be required to provide remote coverage if Night Manager or weekend support is unavailable.
  • While this position is primarily remote, the Operations Coordinator may occasionally be required to work in person (e.g., staff training, client support, project oversight, or to cover a shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage across all job sites.
  • Act as a communication hub between clients, supervisors, and field staff to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Manage the business line for internal staff communications; provide coverage during assigned daytime hours and, on occasion, remotely cover evening or weekend shifts if the Night Manager or weekend support is unavailable.
  • Assist with hiring and staffing needs, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Process payroll inputs, staffing changes, and administrative updates.
  • Track inventory and supply needs across job sites; coordinate orders as needed.
  • Input and update client accounts, schedules, and reports in company systems (e.g., WinTeam).
  • Prepare and send client follow-up reports, including inspections, work orders, and cleaning updates.
  • Provide operational support for special projects and staffing adjustments.
  • Ensure all safety and compliance documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Support marketing and lead follow-up tasks, including phone calls, scheduling, basic client outreach, and dropping off flyers or company information to potential leads.
