This role operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing our therapists to maintain a work-life balance while offering flexible scheduling solutions for patients. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of optional evening shifts based on patient requirements or special situations. Our telehealth environment includes access to advanced technologies that support virtual therapy sessions, including videoconferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems that ensure efficient management of patient data.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating both psychological and physiological aspects of patient health.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies, ensuring comprehensive care for individual patients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting methodologies to meet diverse patient needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers, sharing insights and strategies to ensure integrated care approaches enhance patient outcomes.
• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate support and crisis intervention techniques during potentially high-risk situations.

The patients you will serve typically face complex challenges that require a multi-faceted approach to care, and your expertise will be critical in helping them navigate their unique circumstances while building recovery and management plans.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Colorado.
• Demonstrated proficiency in effectively addressing the mental health challenges faced by individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Experience in providing integrated care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, critical for building rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, ethical practice, and the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
