This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while interacting with clients through a dedicated teletherapy platform. You will engage with clients through video chat sessions with all necessary technology provided and supported by our organization.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing therapeutic techniques to improve client mental health.
• Facilitate conversations that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying and setting achievable life and treatment goals.
• Evaluate client mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that implement solution-based approaches grounded in clinical knowledge and best practices.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients who meet our pre-screening criteria, ensuring they are stable and presenting with low acuity challenges. This allows for a therapeutic environment that is safe and conducive to growth. • A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent state-issued mental health license, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and develop treatment recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Strong proficiency in using computer systems and teletherapy platforms.
