Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to help transform data and business requirements into meaningful solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives that contribute to organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business objectives into clear and actionable specifications.
Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Review existing workflows and recommend process enhancements.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations.
Support project execution and monitor progress against objectives.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
Maintain organized documentation of business processes and project deliverables.

Qualifications
