Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Data & AI Project Manager übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau unserer Daten- und KI-Landschaft optimierst durch umfassende IT- und KI-Unterstützung unseres Researchs die Erstellung von jährlich rund 15.000 Immobiliengutachten.
  • Du konzipierst Schnittstellen, Datenimporte und ETL-Prozesse, entwickelst tragfähige Datenmodelle und stellst Historisierung, Datenqualität und Performance sicher.
  • Auf dieser Basis entwickelst du KI-gestützte Lösungen, insbesondere RAG-Systeme, Suchlogiken und Prompting-Ansätze, und bindest Large Language Models sowie KI-Agenten an unsere Datenlandschaft an.
  • Du leitest Projekte oder Teilprojekte, koordinierst Fachbereich, IT und externe Partner und übersetzt technische Zusammenhänge in verständliche und umsetzbare Lösungen.
  • In der Funktion Stabstelle berichtest du direkt an die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Der Einsatz ist deutschlandweit an allen 8 Standorten möglich: Eschborn, Berlin, München, Leipzig, Hamburg, Münster, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, beispielsweise in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering, Data Science, künstliche Intelligenz oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, Datenmodellen, ETL-Prozessen und Schnittstellen. Darüber hinaus wären Kenntnisse von Programmiersprachen, wie Python, wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in modernen KI-Technologien, insbesondere Large Language Models, RAG-Systemen, Prompting und Suchlogiken
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten und ein gutes Verständnis von Projektmanagement
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Process-Automation- oder Workflow-Plattformen
  • Innovatives und konzeptionelles Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, technische Themen gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen voranzutreiben
