Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking Systems Engineers to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens with a TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical leadership in the development, documentation, and integration of concepts of operations, design specifications, system requirements, and engineering management plans
• Conduct implementation planning and test plans as part of a team with senior executives, project managers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Define and document concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development.
• Perform high-level systems design.
• Specify system/component performance and interface requirements.
• Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to optimize strategic and tactical efforts.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy requirements.
• Define and communicate shared technical and architectural vision for solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Exceptional integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to abide by MTSI's core values.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $225,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. This posting will be renewed periodically until the position is filled.
