Job Description
  • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with all stages of real estate litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain case files, e-discovery platforms, and document repositories with precision and efficiency.
  • Calendar and Deadline Tracking: Manage critical deadlines and coordinate schedules to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Database Management: Maintain case and client information databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all records.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A background in utility, construction, and business/commercial litigation is preferred.
  • Education: A paralegal certificate or a four-year degree is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to manage several cases and attorneys simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
