Evening Petsmart Grooming Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Responsibilities:

• Provide front‑line customer service and assist pet parents with placement, grooming, and PetsHotel services.
• Perform pet grooming, bathing, drying, and other salon tasks following Safety and Technical training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety protocols.
• Use store technology and booking tools to schedule, modify, and confirm PetsHotel and Salon reservations.
• Participate in daily 1:1 conversations and routine process validations for continuous improvement.
• Cross‑train in other store departments and attend development workshops or shadow leaders.
• Conduct routine pet health assessments and report concerns to store leaders.

Qualifications:

• Age 18 + (exceptional for Montana or other law‑required exceptions).
• Ability to pass a background check; drug testing is not required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Physical capability to lift and move pet grooming equipment and small pets.
• Willingness to complete company safety certification and on‑the‑job training.
