Job description

Job Title: ECE Site Coordinator

Location: CentroNía @ Bunker Hill

Reports To: Site Director

Role Overview

This position supports the Site Director in implementing a developmentally appropriate program for infants and toddlers. It involves ensuring compliance with licensing requirements while promoting high-quality early learning experiences that nurture children and strengthen family partnerships. The role is central to operations, fostering staff professional growth and maintaining a safe environment for the community.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily operations to ensure a safe learning environment, including full compliance with OSSE licensing, health regulations, and staffing ratios.
  • Supports staff development by identifying training needs, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing coaching or mentoring to improve classroom practices.
  • Builds strong family and community partnerships through effective communication, while maintaining accurate attendance and meal records in the COPA database.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of five years of experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Must have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs, including occasional early morning, evening, or special event coverage.
