Coverage area: Crestview, FL    

Schedule: Baylor ( Weekends) 

Sign On Bonus: $10,000 ( Sign on Bonus applies to external candidates only)

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:    

  • Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients  
  • Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals   
  • Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions    
  • Provide pain and symptom management 
  • Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers  
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team  
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
