About the Role:
Customer Service Representative will work on site, in the office. The shift is Saturday & Sunday evening 2:30pm - 8pm, Monday & Tuesday evening 4pm - 8pm. There is an opportunity for more hours! Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a CSR, where you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building positive relationships between a company and its clients. A CSR is a professional who interacts with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services also schedule appointments & dispatch the techs. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch services in the Kansas City Metro while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, making out going calls, emails, or messages from customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems
  •  Coordinating delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Patience and a positive, professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently as a team player
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
