The Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, WI is seeking a part-time Evening Janitorial / Laundry Attendant to join our team.

The hours would be between 15-25 hours per week, during the following times:

  • Mondays thru Thursdays: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Fridays and Saturdays: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Sundays: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

This position uses a large onsite laundry equipment ironing press machine
(*Must be 18 years of age or older to operate this machine).

This position is responsible for maintaining public areas, laundry services, attending to any guest room needs, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain public areas such as bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc. to the highest standards of cleanliness and condition to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests.
  • Clean and wipe windows, sills, doors, walls and fixtures in rooms, hallways and corridors.
  • Remove trash from public areas, meeting rooms and offices.
  • Replace paper toweling, soap and other amenities in pool area and public bathrooms.
  • Wash/mop tiled and vinyl flooring
  • Operate and maintain laundry room
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other textiles.
  • Operate machines such as washers, dryers, and ironing press, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect and treat linens for stains, tears, and wear, reporting damaged items as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist with any guest needs that may arise during this time, assist the Front Desk with guest requests when necessary.
  • Use the GuestEQ app through a provided smartphone device to log, track, request, inform, communicate, etc. with other team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or similar experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
