Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion dollar charitable gaming industry. We

distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink,

etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed,

and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.


Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment

including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer

satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers

in Kentucky and Indiana. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening

hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Requirements:

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.

• Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative

maintenance schedules.

• Customer service via on-site visits and telephone support.

• Assisting in tech sales as needed.


Requirements, Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.

• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.

• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.


Other Skills/Abilities:

• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.

• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.

• Service locations are located throughout Kentuckiana. You must be open to driving

distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrier!!

• A company vehicle is provided. A good driving record must be maintained.

• Be safety oriented.
