To thrive as an Evening Inova RN, you need a current RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and experience in acute care nursing. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial soft skills for success during evening shifts. These skills ensure safe, effective patient care and seamless coordination with multidisciplinary teams during non-standard hours.
