Hotel Indigo Nashville at the Countrypolitan has recently undergone a top-to-bottom renovation-bringing fresh energy, refined comfort, and a uniquely Nashville vibe to our downtown hotel experience. We're now looking for a Front Desk Agent who can work PM shifts to join our welcoming and dynamic team.

This is your chance to be the first face of the new Countrypolitan-offering exceptional service to guests from around the world while working in a stylish, music-inspired environment.

What You'll Do as a Front Desk Agent:

  • Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
     
  • Manage reservations, pre-arrivals, and group check-ins
     
  • Offer personalized local recommendations (the hidden gems only locals know!)
     
  • Handle guest concerns with urgency and care
     
  • Process payments accurately and securely
     
  • Promote additional services and amenities
     
  • Complete check-outs and ensure all charges are accounted for
     
  • Communicate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
     
  • Flex between morning or evening shifts, based on business needs
     

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly and confident personality
     
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
     
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
     
  • Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts as needed
     
  • Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
  • Experience with hotel reservations software
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Positive, upbeat demeanor
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. on occasion
