A Taste of What You'll Do

Are you passionate about storytelling, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences? At Four Roses Distillery, we're looking for a Tour Guide Host at our Cox's Creek location who brings energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm to every guest interaction. Whether you're leading a guided tour, crafting cocktails at Bar 1888, or welcoming a first-time visitor, you'll be the face of our brand — and we want that face to reflect the diverse world we serve.

In this role, you'll guide guests through immersive tours and tasting experiences, sharing your passion for bourbon through education and storytelling. You'll deliver exceptional hospitality from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave, handling everything from reservations and walk-in ticket sales to retail and e-commerce orders. You'll also support events, maintain visual brand standards, and collaborate across teams to ensure every visit exceeds expectations. No two days look the same, and that's what makes this role so exciting.

We're looking for someone who communicates confidently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes genuine pride in creating moments that keep guests coming back. You'll need a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least six months of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service. You must be 21 or older, comfortable working weekends, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience with POS systems, tour guiding, or the bourbon industry is a plus — but your attitude and drive matter most.

We believe great hospitality starts with a great team. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities, and are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process and beyond.

Ready to share your passion and pour some unforgettable experiences? Apply today!
