Job Summary
The Aquatic Supply Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting sales, maintaining store standards, and building product knowledge. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and knowledgeable shopping experience for every guest.

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every guest, listening to their needs, and offering friendly, knowledgeable solutions.
  2. Maintain familiarity with current promotions, advertisements, and featured products.

  4. Uphold store policies and procedures related to signage, pricing, and loss prevention.
