  • Maintain a local editorial calendar and coordinate content distribution across social media, email, website, and partner channels.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, event attendance, and return on marketing investment, using insights to optimize future activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of leads and relationship activity in the CRM, and establish clear follow-up expectations with the sales team.
  • Regularly travel throughout the territory, attend early-morning, evening, and occasional weekend events, and spend time outdoors visiting properties.
Qualifications

  • Strong in-person presence and professionalism when engaging with high-net-worth homeowners, executives, and community leaders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, networking, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing professional events, including promotion, logistics, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Ability to create polished local content and capture effective photos and short videos using a smartphone.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools (such as MailChimp or Constant Contact), project management tools (such as Monday or Asana), social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a territory, calendar, budget, vendors, and multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly throughout lower Westchester and Fairfield County.
  • Availability for recurring early-morning, evening, and occasional weekend events, with a flexible work schedule.
  • Comfort working outdoors, visiting active properties, and walking on uneven terrain in varying weather conditions.
  • Preferred: Existing relationships in Westchester County or Fairfield County among property managers, estate professionals, golf or country clubs, universities, municipalities, garden clubs, landscape professionals, or community organizations.
