Key ResponsibilitiesEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or related field preferred). Relevant analytics experience; prior business analytics role highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required. Strong capability in statistical analysis, algebraic modeling, data visualization, and complex problem solving.
Professional Competencies: Strong analytical thinking coupled with solid business acumen. Highly collaborative with the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate data insights in executive-ready formats. Intellectually curious, self-directed, and motivated to create and improve processes. Ability to work strategically while also being comfortable performing tactical, hands-on analysis. Comfortable working without daily guidance; able to drive projects independently.
Language & Math Requirements: Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the company and articulate insights and recommendations. Above-average mathematical and statistical aptitude, with the ability to model scenarios, analyze trends, and quantify business impacts.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect
Work Environment: Mixed environment: office, warehouse, driving. Schedule dependent on business objectives. Minimum 40 hours per week on a five-day schedule. Early morning, evening, or nights may be required. Business travel, including overnight stays, may be required 2-3 times per month. Physical Demands: Maintains an acute awareness of moving vehicles. Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 45lbs. Necessary to climb steps and maintain balance to access tractors and trailers.
