Position Summary

Starting Salary: 73,000
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Locations: This division within CVS Pharmacy has positions available at multiple office locations across the country and offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days in the office (hybrid arrangement). These locations offer you the opportunity to work in offices that have fellow division professionals. Should you accept a position in Retail Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel division within CVS Pharmacy, we will take your preferred office location into consideration and will attempt to accommodate it. Your final work location will be discussed during the offer process.
You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:
Supporting the Retail Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel division within CVS Pharmacy. You will work on company-wide strategic service offerings and new business opportunities while contributing to initiatives that have a meaningful impact on the future direction of the company. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of new product and service offerings already committed for deployment, as well as solution definition, testing, and implementation of new products and services needed to support future growth. You will help diagnose business questions, support solution development, and contribute to planning for strategic products and services that incorporate CVS Pharmacy assets and delivery methods. You will help establish well-supported recommendations that enable senior leaders and executive management to make critical decisions. You will scope, plan, and perform quantitative analyses that yield critical answers to the questions at hand, understand and procure the information required to complete those analyses, and support the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality work. You will partner with senior business leaders across the enterprise to define requirements and align with retail product development teams to ensure capabilities are optimally developed in support of enterprise initiatives. You will also support the Retail Pharmacy leadership team in developing a strategic perspective on existing and new pharmacy opportunities, including sizing and assessing markets, identifying risks and benefits, and recommending clinical growth strategies.

1years of experience in a role that provided exposure to product development, product management, strategic analysis, operations, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Must be a current/former CVS Health Intern
Ability and flexibility to travel up to 10%
Ability to plan, monitor and deliver project results
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience working in healthcare space.
Proven capability conducting and managing quantitative portfolio and growth analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of partners, both verbally and written, and with all levels of an organization.
Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting timelines and goals
Education

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
