Job Description Summary:

Premium Experiences Coordinator - World of Coca-Cola

World of Coca-Cola, located in Atlanta, GA, the home of Coca-Cola, first opened August 2, 1990, and was relocated from Underground Atlanta to Pemberton Place May 24, 2007. Currently, World of Coca-Cola is the main attraction for The Coca-Cola Company. It welcomes over 1 million visitors per year and has become one of the key tourist experiences in the region. The Premium Experiences Coordinator at World of Coca-Cola is the first point of contact for clients looking to enjoy our premium experiences including tours, activations, reservations, and our world class attraction. The primary responsibilities of this role include accurate reservation and ticketing support, responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, processing reservation updates and payments, supporting refunds when appropriate, and partnering with the Call Center and Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role is responsible for ensuring PCI compliance (privacy and data protection) for reservation ticketing systems for The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola.

Key Functional Duties:

  • Customer Service/Communication
    • Provide stellar customer service in all communications (via phone and email) with guests, clients, Call Center partners, and internal teams.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries related to Premium Experiences, including tours, activations, and reservations, and represent The Coca-Cola Company in a positive and professional manner.
    • Act as concierge and assist with high profile VIP itineraries.
    • Deliver consistent and accurate messaging of protocols and procedures.
    • Escalate requests when appropriate and set guest expectations for response times.
  • On-Site Liaison between Sales and Operations Team
    • Assist with training of Coordinators and Ambassador operations team members on premium experiences processes and occasionally welcoming arrivals.
    • Partner with operations team on special requests and arrival instructions.
  • Data Entry and Sales
    • Coordinate and process all phases of reservations via phone and email with high accuracy. Follow up to reconfirm upcoming premium experiences, update reservations, and process payments.
  • Administrative Projects
    • Perform Premium Experience administrative duties including shipping, customer gift assembly, and more.
    • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Tour Guide
  • Serve as a tour guide for visitors at the attraction and AOC, delivering engaging and informative tours that enhance the guest experience.

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years' experience in reservation, customer service or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Role is on-site at World of Coca-Cola
  • Gateway Ticketing System experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to enter data accurately, adapt to change, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skillset
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to self-manage
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with teams from all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Impeccable guest/customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills: positive non-verbal cues, active listening, flexibility, dependability, and high degree of patience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Educational Requirements

  • High school Diploma or/ GED equivalent required
  • College Degree preferred
