Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Pay: $25+ per hour (based on experience)
  • Location: 4336 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA 30548 (daycare setting - but must be willing to work in-home if needed)

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Hoschton, Georgia. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and want to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings.
Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (required).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
