Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Pay: $25+ per hour (based on experience)
  • Location: 4336 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA 30548 (daycare setting - but must be willing to work in-home if needed)

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Hoschton, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings.

Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (required).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
