City Wide Jani, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Union Janitorial Technician to provide evening cleaning services at a commercial facility three (3) evenings per week. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment while working independently and efficiently.
Job Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust accessible surfaces and blinds
  • Clean entrance glass and wipe door/window frames
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms
  • Restock restroom supplies
  • Clean breakroom and kitchen areas
  • Wipe and disinfect tables, counters, sinks, and other high-touch surfaces
  • Vacuum carpeted areas, including corners and edges
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the facility
Qualifications
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance is required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass any site-specific onboarding requirements, if applicable
