My team is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional person to join us as our Field Operations & Listing Coordinator.
This is a full-time, flexible role that will include some evening and weekend assistance. Throughout the year, they will help execute a variety of community events and fundraisers. They'll be my operational right hand, ensuring every listing launches smoothly and every seller experiences a seamless process.
My team and I are looking for someone who:

  • Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently
  • Enjoys both working in the office and getting out into the field
  • Is tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms
  • Takes genuine pride in doing things the right way

My team is strongly centered around community and is built on kindness, strong relationships, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
