WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work warm inbound leads and close business - no cold calling, no lead generation
• Run consultative conversations with individuals, families, and business owners
• Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
• Submit applications digitally - fast and fully mobile
• Track pipeline and performance in our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• (Optional) Build and lead a team for override income
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of proven sales experience - high-ticket or commission-based preferred
• Documented track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Coachable - ego loses here, the system wins
• Self-directed - you produce without being managed
• Strong communicator who closes with integrity
• Current U.S. resident authorized to work in the U.S. - no visa sponsorship available
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
Strong backgrounds: real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, B2B, SaaS, pharmaceutical, medical device, financial services, insurance.
LICENSING
Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.
Not licensed? We contribute $100 toward your pre-licensing course. Most people finish in 2-4 weeks while still working.
SCHEDULE
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, morning or evening shift, weekends as needed to hit your goals
Part-Time: Flexible - 8-16 hours weekly minimum
100% remote from anywhere in the U.S.
