Hours/Days: Full Time. Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm **May vary depending on the need to attend evening and weekend community events or meetings.


Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma. Previous experience in marketing and graphic design is preferred. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. This individual must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily issues as they arise. Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must exhibit strong and professional communication skills and public speaking skills. Must have transportation and be able to travel to various locations within the service area.


Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees all marketing and community engagement
  • Reports to leadership
  • Coordinates with Community Outreach Director
  • Assists with strategic planning marketing initiatives
  • Assists with budget creation and tracking and ordering
  • Oversees all Advertising, social media and Graphic Design Efforts
  • Maintains media placements, contracts and campaigns
  • Maintains social media accounts and post content
  • Creation of marketing and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Applications
    • Including but not limited to: Photography, Headshots, Social Media, Website, Brochures, Rack Cards, Flyers, Signs, Event Materials, Presentations, Advertisements, Billboards, Promotional Videos, Business Cards, etc.
  • Writes professional and accurate promotional and correspondence materials to include: Radio Ads, Press Releases, Etc.
  • Create and maintain waiting room and exam room promotional materials
  • Interact professionally with the public, other organizations and community partners to include:
  • Chambers of Commerce, Elected Officials, Health Organizations, Medical Specialists, Hospitals, Local Industries and Small Businesses, School Systems
  • Collaborate with local health coalitions and community service organizations
  • Participate in community meetings
  • Give presentations to the community to promote services and provide health education
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
