Schedule: Evening/Night Shift | 5:30 PM-2:00 AM

Compensation: $50/hour + Tips | Top hosts run 6-8 breaks per night | Top performers earn $100,000+ annually

To Stand Out

Email tom@ontimetalent.com with a quick note about your sports card knowledge, favorite products or teams, any live streaming experience, and why collectors would tune in specifically to watch you.

Don't Just Break Cards. Build a Following.

The best breakers aren't successful just because they pull the biggest cards.

They're successful because collectors come back to watch them.

Every night, thousands of collectors jump into Whatnot streams looking for more than a hobby box. They want sports talk, hobby knowledge, entertainment, big reactions, and a host who makes them feel like part of the room.

At Mount Olympus Rips, we're looking for someone who wants to become one of the faces of our brand while building their own following within the hobby.

If you've watched We The Hobby, Backyard Breaks, The Players Club, Debut Sports, Tru Pullz, or your favorite Whatnot breaker and thought, “I could do that,” here's your chance.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • $50/hour + Tips
  • Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
  • Host 6-8 live breaks per night
  • Become a featured Whatnot personality
  • Build your own following and loyal collector community
  • Work with premium Topps, Panini, Bowman, Fanatics, and other products
  • No sorting, packing, or shipping responsibilities
  • Dedicated operations team lets you focus on hosting and entertaining

What You'll Do

  • Host high-energy live sports card breaks on Whatnot
  • Run PYTs, team breaks, case breaks, hobby box breaks, and personals
  • Keep viewers engaged with sports talk, hobby knowledge, humor, and interaction
  • Create excitement around autos, RPAs, SSPs, numbered parallels, case hits, 1-of-1s, Downtowns, Kabooms, and other chase cards
  • Stay current on new releases, rookies, prospects, players, and hobby trends
  • Recognize customers, learn what they collect, and build relationships with regular viewers
  • Turn big pulls into memorable live moments
  • Give collectors a reason to look for your name when they open Whatnot

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for sports cards and the hobby
  • Strong knowledge of NFL, NBA, and MLB
  • Familiarity with Topps, Panini, Bowman, hobby boxes, parallels, inserts, autos, rookies, prospects, and chase cards
  • Natural on-camera confidence and personality
  • Ability to keep conversations flowing for hours
  • Competitive, charismatic, quick-thinking, and engaging
  • Someone who understands that building relationships drives repeat customers
  • Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, Twitch, YouTube, podcasting, broadcasting, sales, or content creation is a major plus

Build Something People Come Back For

The goal isn't for someone to randomly stumble across your stream once.

It's for them to come back tomorrow because you're breaking again.

You learn their teams. You know what they collect. You remember the monster card they hit last week. Inside jokes develop. Regulars start recognizing each other.

Eventually, it's not just another Whatnot stream.

It's your room.

That's what great breakers build—and we'll give you the product, platform, operations team, and stage to do it.
