Position Overview:

The Growth Marketing Strategist is responsible for architecting and executing Darwill's inbound and outbound demand generation strategy in a B2B environment. This role designs full-funnel marketing programs within HubSpot, builds automation and nurture workflows end-to-end, and collaborates closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to drive scalable growth initiatives.

This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep marketing automation expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to build and optimize marketing programs from concept to execution.


Core Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Funnel Architecture

  • Design inbound and outbound marketing programs aligned with revenue priorities.
  • Build and optimize nurture workflows in HubSpot.
  • Develop segmentation logic and audience targeting strategies.
  • Establish lifecycle stage progression in collaboration with Sales leadership.
  • Architect outbound email sequences and sales enablement automation.

HubSpot Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Build workflows, sequences, lists, and automation logic end-to-end.
  • Conduct QA and testing of campaign logic prior to launch.
  • Partner with BI to develop dashboards tied to marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor performance data and optimize automation and messaging accordingly.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for marketing automation processes.

Growth Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Sales on quarterly growth priorities.
  • Align outbound messaging with targeted industry expansion goals.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing team on paid campaign amplification strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to the Content Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment with demand generation priorities.

Sales Enablement Strategy

  • Build structured outreach flows and enablement sequences within HubSpot.
  • Partner with VP of Marketing and VP of Business Development to align outreach strategies.
  • Improve lead handoff processes between Marketing and Sales.
  • Optimize marketing-to-sales handoff efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot workflow and automation build experience (required).
  • Proven experience building multi-step workflows, segmentation logic, and automated nurture programs in HubSpot (candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with paid media teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience in marketing automation and demand generation required.
