Job description

Apheresis Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Apheresis Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This 13-week contract offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and is well suited for an RN with current hospital apheresis experience.

Position Details

Location: National Institutes of Health (NIH)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

On-Call: Weekends and holidays, with a minimum of one full weekend per month

Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited university or
  • Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university
Experience
  • Minimum of two years of current hospital experience in apheresis
Certifications
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Licensure
  • Valid nursing license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
