Job Title
Manufacturing Operations Supervisor (Evening Shift)
Job Description
Shift: Monday through Friday, 4pm-12:30am
Who We Are
At Framebridge, we are disrupting the custom framing market by replacing a cumbersome experience with a delightful one. Our mission is to make framing so delightful, customers are inspired to frame everything they love-big, little and in between. We've framed over three million pieces and counting. We are building a beloved brand, and to be successful, we have to build a great team across a number of disciplines - ecommerce, retail, design, and manufacturing.
We are a consumer business operating online and in our growing fleet of retail stores. We operate multiple manufacturing studios that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.
The Role
We're seeking an Operations Supervisor who will support the Operations Leadership and full staff.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to assist the General Manager in leading and developing your team. The core of the job will be engaging with your team during a shift to ensure that the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and engagement are maintained. To achieve this, the Operations Supervisor will ensure that their team has all the tools needed to succeed for any task during a shift.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will have an opportunity to truly invest in others and develop a people-focused leadership style, while mastering the tools, processes, and operations that created a fantastic online custom framing service that cares for your art from beginning to end.
What we do (that you'll be a part of!):
At our manufacturing studio, our team is responsible for creating and assembling customer orders from our Retail stores and online business. These may include beautiful pieces of timeless art, mounting a piece of clothing or a tapestry, or framing an unforgettable photo from an unforgettable moment. Our team processes the orders from custom technology, measures all the inputs to the highest quality, and mounts and frames the art with pristine perfection. They then work with our manufacturing and warehouse teams to cut the molds, wood and glass (all with saws and CNC machinery), and package and ship it back to our customers. We are a detail-oriented team who work with our hands all day to ensure our customers' prized possessions are taken care of and that the end product surpasses expectations.

Embrace Challenges
We embrace challenges with creative solutions and we know that collaboration is the only way to succeed. We set big goals and keep raising the bar together.
Secure the Baton
We take personal responsibility for delivering successful outcomes, not just completing tasks. We ensure every handoff is clear, complete, and sets the next teammates up to succeed.
Make It Special
We search everyday for opportunities to make our product and experience special. When you are building a business where every piece is priceless, making it special is core.
