Description - Your Impactful Role
  • Conduct a range of routine and advanced laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-within established guidelines.
  • Evaluate test outcomes for accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments are calibrated and maintained.
  • Support with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
  • Meticulously document all laboratory processes, participate in training new staff or interns, and uphold the highest quality standards in our lab.
  • Ensure a clean and safe laboratory space while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation demands.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications
  • Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of start date.
  • Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
Key Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
