Encore Decor is seeking a highly organized and creative Associate Event Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating with a team, and has a passion for creating memorable event experiences from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning process from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution of events
Support creation of proposals, including sourcing inspiration, pricing, and formatting client-ready presentations
Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and vendor meetings to ensure design and logistical alignment
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to support production schedules and event timelines
Manage smaller-scale events independently with oversight from senior producers
Track budgets, materials, and production details to ensure projects stay on target
Oversee event-day setup, styling, and breakdown, ensuring design standards are upheld
Maintain organized project files, timelines, and client communications
Research trends, venues, and vendor resources to keep Encore Decor’s work fresh and innovative
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Events, Hospitality, Design, or related field (preferred, not required)
1–3 years of experience in event production, event design, or a related creative industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva/Adobe, or similar proposal-building tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for live events as needed
