Your day as a Project Engineer

As a new Full-Time Project Engineer at EVCO Plastics, you will begin your day by collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline project goals and deliverables that align with our manufacturing objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and utilizing your plastics experience to propose practical solutions to engineering challenges. You will conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues, allowing for real-time feedback and adjustments. Daily tasks will also involve analyzing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives within our processes.

Additionally, you will maintain detailed documentation of project activities to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across departments.
