Job description

Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation and construction activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to travel and work in various states including Georgia (GA), South Carolina (SC), Texas (TX), Indiana (IN), and Virginia (VA).
This position requires strong field leadership, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and hands-on experience managing electrical crews on industrial or commercial projects.
Electrical Supervisor - Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily electrical construction and installation activities at project sites
  • Lead field electricians and coordinate subcontractor work crews
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for field execution
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses on schedule
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements
  • Identify and resolve field issues, installation conflicts, and constructability concerns
  • Monitor productivity, workmanship, and jobsite quality
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety requirements
  • Track manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
  • Support testing, commissioning, punch list, and project close-out activities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with an electrical subcontractor
  • Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents
  • Must have completed at least two (2) projects in a Supervisor role
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Must be willing to travel and work in GA, SC, TX, IN, VA, and other locations as required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, EV battery, automotive, or large-scale commercial projects
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Electrical license preferred, depending on project or state requirements
  • Experience coordinating field installation based on shop drawings and construction schedules

Work Conditions
  • Frequent travel and extended stay at project sites may be required
  • Work may be performed in active construction, industrial, and outdoor environments
  • Overtime, weekend work, and flexible working hours may be required depending on project schedule
