Automotive Service Technician

$25–$50 Per Hour Flat Rate + Bonuses | Full-Time | Mon–Fri | Seattle, WA

Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $35–$60 per hour flat rate + performance bonuses (A-Techs typically $70K–$120K+)

Finesse Auto is a high-performing, 10-bay European service facility serving Seattle since 2014. We are known for quality work, professional standards, and a drama-free shop environment built for experienced technicians who want to perform at a high level.

Competitive Pay Structure

  • Flat Rate: $35–$60 per hour flagged
  • Performance bonus: Up to an additional $10 per hour when goals are met
  • Hour Guarantees:
    • First 4 weeks: 30 hours per week guarantee
  • Annual holiday bonus: An additional $1 per hour flagged for the year
  • A-level techs generally earn $70,000 to $120,000+ depending on skill
