Your responsibilities: 

  • Supporting internal recruiting activities in the French and Polish market, hiring for intern, regular and senior roles within both corporate and technical environment. 

  • Performing a wide range of administrative tasks like publishing job postings, CV screening, and distributing candidate files. 

  • Collaborating closely with local units to understand their hiring needs, ensuring fair and efficient hiring practices that match the specific requirements of each department. 

  • Taking part in exciting global projects that aim to improve the recruitment process across Europe, contributing to new strategies that enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

  • Providing timely and accurate information and reports, effectively managing data and keeping our systems updated to support informed decision-making. 

  • Supporting Continuous Improvement of the Talent Acquisition processes .

Our requirements: 

  • Language requirements: English, French and Polish (B2+). 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SSC environment, preferably in French-speaking environment. 

  • Strong teamwork skills. Ability to work well with others and share ideas that contribute to team’s success.

  • A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. You should be able to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and manage their expectations.

  • An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have: 

  • Proficiency in any other European language.

  • Recruiting experience including knowledge of interviewing tools and techniques.
