Role and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue and profit analysis, identifying trends and providing strategic insights.
  • Develop and manage 3-9 month business forecasts, including detailed projections of MX device sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGS, and overhead expenses.
  • Lead month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate revenue/COGS recognition and expense allocation.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, highlighting key drivers of financial results and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage department budget and forecasting, enhancing accuracy through the exploration of AI tools.
  • Monitor financial trends and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities with the help of AI.
  • Collaborate with sales and SCM teams to prepare channel inventory and inventory aging reports.
  • Support competitive analysis and market share monitoring to provide insights for internal discussions.
  • Participate in business updates with sales teams and assist in preparing weekly Mobile business updates.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4~7+ years of experience in finance or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) module.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
