Job Description/Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communication and correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
Serve as the primary onsite technical point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project teams.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and document composition designs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development and support teams.
Review solution designs, code, templates, scripts, and deployment packages to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, effort estimations, and solution planning activities.
Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to understand correspondence requirements and regulatory changes.
Lead impact assessments for enhancement requests, production issues, and technology upgrades.
Ensure successful implementation of change requests through established change management processes.
Provide technical oversight for document template development, business rules implementation, and data mapping activities.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex production issues and defects.
Mentor and coach developers on OpenText Exstream design standards, performance optimization, and development best practices.
Coordinate release activities and provide deployment support across development, testing, and production environments.
