Work Hours: M-F (37 hours)
Work Location: Smyrna, DE (Hybrid - alternate weeks of 2/3days a week onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift
Interview: Face to Face
Candidate will be the developer on a small team supporting the 24x7 traffic management center operations. Individual will be responsible for both coding and analysis. Any Business Analyst skills are a plus but are not primary. Person will receive direction from the project manager and senior technical peers, and work directly with the business operations team on requirements, testing, and delivery. Candidate needs to be able to work on projects full lifecycles and with users, technical team, local and state IT resources, and diverse transportation ITS devices.There are technical on-call responsibilities rotated among the team members. Candidate must have good business aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
