Location: Remote European Union Contract Type: B2B Contract Experience Level: Mid to Senior About the Role Codertal is looking for a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts that drive accurate, reliable, and efficient responses from advanced AI models.

You will experiment with prompt structures, evaluate model outputs, and collaborate closely with AI researchers and developers to enhance prompt performance and alignment. Your work will play a crucial role in improving the quality, safety, and usability of AI systems for Codertal's international clients across various industries and applications. Key Responsibilities Design and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance across diverse tasks.

Analyze model outputs iterate to improve accuracy, consistency, and alignment. Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows. Create evaluation frameworks to benchmark prompt effectiveness.

Conduct experiments with model parameters, prompt structures, and contextual cues. Document prompt strategies, patterns, and best practices for internal and client use. Ensure prompt designs comply with ethical AI principles and safety guidelines.
