About the Role:We're looking for a Video Editor to lead the creation of high-performing video content across podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms. This role will own the full production process-from ideation to publishing-with a strong focus on producing long-form video podcasts and transforming them into engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
You'll work closely with our marketing team and in-house graphic designer to create content that drives engagement, grows our audience, and strengthens our brand presence online.
Responsibilities:
  • Produce and edit long-form video podcast episodes and transform them into engaging short-form clips for social media.
  • Lead end-to-end video production including planning, editing, post-production, and publishing.
  • Create and optimize social-first video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads.
  • Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team to create compelling visual content aligned with the brand.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, video styles, and content performance tactics to keep our content fresh and effective.
  • Help guide video best practices, content structure, and editing styles that drive engagement and audience growth.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in video production, preferably in fast-paced content, media, or marketing environments.
  • Strong experience producing and editing long-form podcast content and repurposing it into engaging short-form social content.
  • Strong editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Sharp storytelling instincts with a strong understanding of pacing, emotional impact, and audience retention-especially for short-form content.
  • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and move quickly in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong creative initiative and ownership mindset from concept to final delivery.

Join our team and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your skills and expertise will make a real impact. We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team culture. Apply now and take the next step in your career!
