Current Environment- Informatica PowerCenter 9.5 (9.x experience required), Power Exchange, Data Validation (used by analytics, may be used by this team in the future), database client- DB2, TOAD (future), IBM Data Studio

Soft Skills- Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, self-starter, easily adapt to change

Potential Challenges- Coming up to speed, understanding dynamics of the team/company, if they've worked in a large company where there's a lot of red tape they can be comfortable
