We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
The Analytics Data Platform Engineering (ADPE) organization governs the strategy and implementation of the enterprise data warehouse and emerging data platforms. Our mission is to drive activation of data solutions, rep engagement technology (Sales, Marketing and Service), and client intelligence to achieve targeted business outcomes, address data risk, and safeguard competitive edge-helping leaders across the firm make fact-based decisions by integrating and analyzing data.
As a Data Engineer, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders and a team of data engineers and subject matter experts to design, build, and improve enterprise data integration solutions that power analytics, reporting, and data science. You'll translate business and data requirements into scalable ingestion and transformation workflows across a variety of patterns (batch, near real-time, and real time), with a strong emphasis on reliability, data quality, and performance.
In this role, you'll work in a highly collaborative environment-coordinating across onshore and offshore teams and engaging with cross-functional partners such as business analysts, data modelers, technical leaders, and vendor teams. You'll influence technical direction through well-defined ETL specifications and documentation, rigorous testing and quality assurance practices, and consistent alignment to development, coding, and testing standards. You'll also help teams move faster and smarter by advocating for agile ways of working, guiding delivery with hands-on technical expertise, and driving decisions that keep outcomes on track.
You'll have the opportunity to grow your impact through challenging work that shapes the future of the data warehouse-building modern integrations using best-in-class technologies (including Informatica IICS and BigQuery), strengthening how data is modeled and governed, and helping ensure high-quality data is available when it matters most. If you thrive on problem-solving, sound technical decision-making, and partnering with others to deliver measurable outcomes, this is a chance to build capability while making a tangible difference across the enterprise.
