ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is seeking a Junior ETL Developer to join their SLP Operations team in Charlotte, NC. In this hybrid position (four days onsite, one day remote), you will play a critical role in supporting data integration and transformation activities across enterprise systems in a cloud-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in data engineering and cloud technologies. You will work closely with senior developers, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of ETL processes and cloud-based data solutions. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to learning, and adaptability to new challenges.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist in building, enhancing, and maintaining ETL workflows using SQL and Python
  • Support data processing and migration tasks within AWS cloud environments
  • Monitor ETL jobs, validate outputs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with senior developers, operations, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
  • Proactively learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to strengthen ETL delivery
