Location: Phoenix, AZ / Irving (Las Colinas), TX / Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: $69/hr- $74/hr

Role Overview
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, and longer-term software engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. You will contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables while strategically collaborating with personnel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software and data solutions.
  • Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
  • Develop stored procedures, data processing flows, and dynamic reporting solutions.
  • Ensure secure application development aligned with SDLC standards.
  • Create functional system design documentation and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Analyze, debug, and enhance existing systems and codebases.
  • Document systems, processes, and architectures through diagrams and code comments.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience.
  • 7+ years of SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with secure SDLC methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with Hadoop, Spark Programming, and Hive.
  • 2+ years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles.
  • 2+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) programming experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing scalable software solutions using architecture principles.
  • Experience with data processing pipelines and reporting solutions.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Ability to produce functional design documentation.
